What it is
This is a combination capsule holding two compounds. How much of each is in a capsule has not been published, so this page cannot give it.
SLU-PP-332 is a small molecule studied as an "exercise mimetic" — a compound that switches on some of the same processes inside your cells that physical exercise switches on, particularly the building of more mitochondria, the tiny structures inside cells that turn food into usable energy.
5-Amino-1MQ is also a small molecule, not a peptide. It blocks an enzyme called NNMT (nicotinamide N-methyltransferase), which slows energy metabolism in fat cells. Blocking it raises levels of NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide), a molecule cells need to produce energy. The result studied for is fat loss — especially visceral fat, the fat packed around your internal organs — without losing muscle.
The pairing makes sense on paper: one compound builds the energy machinery, the other supplies more of the fuel-handling molecule that machinery depends on.
Information specific to this blend is limited to cycling and dosing instructions — there is no blend-specific benefits list, side effects list, or contraindication list.
Fixed oral combination of SLU-PP-332 and 5-Amino-1MQ. No per-capsule strengths have been published for either component, so none are given here.
SLU-PP-332 is a pan-agonist of the estrogen-related receptors (ERRα/β/γ), acting downstream of PGC-1α to drive mitochondrial biogenesis, oxidative-phosphorylation gene expression, and fatty-acid oxidation — the endurance-training transcriptional signature.
5-Amino-1MQ is an NNMT inhibitor. Suppressing nicotinamide N-methyltransferase raises intracellular NAD+, improving mitochondrial function and promoting thermogenesis and lipid oxidation, with the characteristic profile of fat-mass reduction sparing lean mass.
The combination is coherent: ERR agonism expands oxidative capacity while NNMT inhibition raises the NAD+ pool that capacity draws on. The receptor and enzyme pharmacology is class background; blend-specific information covers administration only.
What it does
No effects specific to the blend have been documented; what is available covers only cycling, timing, and dosing.
From the standalone 5-Amino-1MQ oral page on this site: rapid fat loss without muscle breakdown, better insulin sensitivity and glucose tolerance, preserved NAD+, possible new mitochondria being built, possible improvements in endurance and in brain energy metabolism, and reduced inflammation. The SLU-PP-332 pages on this site describe no effects at all, so nothing can be carried across for that half.
The timing advice is unusually specific: take it immediately on waking, fasted or at least 45 minutes before breakfast. If you take a second capsule, take it in the early afternoon and time your workout for 30 to 60 minutes after that dose.
No blend-specific pharmacodynamics have been documented. Carried from the standalone 5-Amino-1MQ oral page: fat loss without muscle catabolism, adipocyte growth inhibition, NAD+ preservation via CD38 inhibition, possible mitochondrial biogenesis, improved insulin sensitivity and glucose tolerance, possible neuroprotection and improved cerebral energy metabolism, reduced inflammation and oxidative stress, improved endurance. Neither SLU-PP-332 page carries an effects list.
The blend's distinctive guidance is chronobiology: dose immediately on waking in a fasted state or at minimum 45 minutes pre-prandial, and if a second capsule is used, place it in the early afternoon and schedule training 30–60 minutes after it. The training-window instruction is the clearest signal that the ERR arm is intended to act on an exercise stimulus rather than as a substitute for one.

Reconstitution and dosing
Weeks 1 and 2: one capsule per day. Weeks 3 onward: two capsules per day.
The cycle runs 4 to 8 weeks, followed by 2 to 4 weeks off. Note that the second step is written as "weeks 3 to 8" even though the cycle can end as early as week 4 — so if you run a short cycle, the two-capsule phase is simply shorter.
Take the first capsule immediately on waking. Take it fasted, or at least 45 minutes before your morning meal.
If you take a second capsule, early afternoon is best, and to time your workout for 30 to 60 minutes after that dose.
How much SLU-PP-332 or 5-Amino-1MQ is in each capsule has not been published, so no milligram or microgram figures can be given here.
Titration: 1 capsule/day for weeks 1–2, 2 capsules/day from week 3. Cycle 4–8 weeks, washout 2–4 weeks. The second step is labelled "weeks 3–8", which only aligns with the upper bound of the stated cycle range; on a 4-week cycle the two-capsule phase is two weeks.
Timing: first capsule immediately on waking, fasted or at minimum 45 minutes pre-prandial. Second capsule, when used, in the early afternoon with training scheduled 30–60 minutes afterwards.
No per-capsule strengths are published for either component on this page, so no mg/mcg exposure can be reconstructed and no comparison against the standalone pages' dose ranges (SLU-PP-332 oral 300–1,000 mcg; 5-Amino-1MQ oral 50 mg per pill) is possible. Treat the standalone ranges as context, not as this product's contents.
Capsules — per-capsule strengths not published
Cycle: 4–8 week cycle followed by a 2–4 week washout · Frequency: Daily. Take fasted, or at least 45 minutes before the morning meal; first dose immediately on waking. Any second dose in the early afternoon, with training 30–60 minutes after it
| When | Dose | How often |
|---|---|---|
| Weeks 1–2 | 1 capsule | once per day, immediately on waking |
| Weeks 3 to end of cycle (often written "weeks 3–8") | 2 capsules | daily total, split across 2 doses — one on waking, one in the early afternoon |
Who should avoid it
- No blend-specific contraindications have been documented. The following are carried from the standalone 5-Amino-1MQ oral page and cover only that half of the capsule.

- Neither SLU-PP-332 page carries side effects.
- The early-afternoon placement of the second capsule is consistent with the insomnia and restlessness on the 5-Amino-1MQ page, though the timing guidance is framed around workouts rather than sleep.

Stacking
One of the two compounds in this capsule, sold on its own. Read it if you want to run the two separately, or to see the cycling rules for that half.
The ERR-agonist component as a standalone, at published strengths of 300 mcg and 1,000 mcg per capsule, with its own 4–8 week cycle and mandatory fasted morning dosing — the same cycle length as this blend.
The other compound in this capsule, sold on its own at 50 mg per pill. Its entry covers the benefits, side effects, and contraindications summarised on this page.
The NNMT-inhibitor component as a standalone at 50 mg per pill, 50–150 mg/day, on a matching 4–8 week cycle. It is the only documented safety and efficacy information for either arm of this blend.
Dosing figures have been reviewed and units are recomputed from the stated protocol.
